Welcome to Pineapple Pool Care! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

Pineapple Pool Care provides professional pool maintenance, cleaning, and related services. Specific service details, pricing, and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or modify our offerings at any time.

  1. Bookings & Cancellations
  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • In the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your service and will notify you as soon as possible. We still work in rain.

 

  1. Payments
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit card & Cash. As well as finance options.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and accessible entry to the pool area.
  • Secure pets and remove any hazards before scheduled service times.
  • Inform us in advance of any equipment issues or property-specific instructions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in servicing your pool, Pineapple Pool Care is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to pool equipment or surfaces
  • Issues caused by faulty third-party equipment
  • Delays due to weather or events beyond our control

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-performance of the services or a refund of the service fee.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Pineapple Pool Care and may not be used without our written permission.

  1. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
